Obituary of Elonda M. Loewen
Elonda Mae Lonnee Loewen entered into eternal rest on November 27, 2007 at the Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, New Jersey. She was 69 years old.
Lonnee was a loving and devoted wife of 47 years to James E. Loewen and loving mother of 6 children: Lori (and Fred) Cassirer, James (and Karen) Loewen, William (and Coleen) Loewen, Robert (and Gina) Loewen, Francis (and Lisa) Loewen, and Lynn (and Robert Simpson.
Lonnee was dearest grandmother of 14 grandchildren: Patrick McElroy, Kaitlyn Jeffray, Kayla Jeffray, Ryan Cassirer, Elan Loewen, James Loewen, Danielle Loewen,William Loewen, Lilyann Loewen, Julia Loewen, Kelsi Loewen, Lainie Loewen, Jack Simpson and Elle Simpson.
Her parents, James and Eleanor Fitzgerald, and her sister Sherrie Masters, predeceased her.
She was a computer programmer at Chubb & Sons. Lonnee was a parishioner of St. Marys Church, Denville and was one of the founders of the Denville PTA Bowling League.
Funeral Services from Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, NJ will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2007, followed by a mass at St. Marys Church, Denville, NJ at 10:00 a.m. Friends may visit on Thursday, November 29, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. For more information or to light a candle in her memory pleases visit www.normandean.com.
