David G. Milne began his funeral service career in 1996 as an apprentice with the Norman Dean Home for Services, continuing there as a licensed funeral director in 1998. Dave is deeply involved in both the funeral profession and the local community. He is a member of the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association. He served as Immediate Past President (2022–2024) of the Morris County Funeral Directors Association and is a Board Member of the funeral service cooperative, Thanexus, Inc.. Olivia Lofgren
Licensed Funeral Director
NJ Lic. No. 5507
Olivia’s passion for funeral service began at a young age as she grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This fueled her love for travel, but she now resides in Morristown, NJ. Olivia previously worked at Denville’s Celebrate the Children School, educating and promoting independence in children and adults with special needs; something that she is fiercely passionate about. Olivia joined Norman Dean in 2022 as an apprentice and, now, a licensed funeral director, she is honored to begin her career with a team that shares her deep commitment to compassionate care.
A lifelong artist and experienced painter, Olivia finds joy in all things creative. This artistic spirit inspires her to design unique, heartfelt tributes that celebrate each individual’s life in a personal and meaningful way. Her mission is to offer more than peace and closure; Olivia strives to create lasting memories that leave families feeling comforted, fulfilled, and confident that their loved one has been truly honored. She hopes that in this position, she can make a difference in not just the lives of the families, but in the Denville community as well.
