Scott Roman: Beloved, Father, Son, Cousin & Friend. Scott Roman of Montville passed away yesterday Wednesday March 29th 2007 at his home in Montville NJ at the age of 46. Scott was a Montville resident for 32 years. Scott was an overall well rounded, likeable and fun individual. He moved from West Orange with his parents in 1975 to Montville and graduated Montville high school in 1979. Scott had a strong interest and passion for sports and athletics of many types his whole life. When in high school, Scott was a star baseball and football player. He later took up sports such as skiing, trap shooting and fishing. Anyone who knew Scott would agree that he was a loving, caring and very funny individual with a great sense of humor. Scotts professional career was full of accomplishments and leadership positions such as working at Sperro Corporation for over 20 years and then moving on to found (as CEO) Amscot Structural Products a bridge and structural products company in Dover NJ. Scott is survived the following family members: Andrea Roman who he was married to for 20 years and 4 children: Brittany 18, Brooke 16, Nicholas 12 and William 6. Parents: Madeline and Joseph Roman of Montville. Scott was the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Warholak (deceased maternal grandparents) of Pennsylvania and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Roman of Denville (deceased Paternal Grandparents) . The Wake Services will be held on Sunday April 1st From 1Pm to 5PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com. Services will begin at 8:30AM at Norman Dean funeral home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Pius X in Montville at 9:30AM. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Saint Pius Church in Montville in the name of Scott Roman.
