Cherie and I are so sorry to hear of Jim's sudden passing.
We had been out of touch with him and the family for many years, but
always had fond memories of Jim back in the late 1960's and into the
1970's. We were also sad to hear that his mom and dad had passed some
years back.
Jim was the best man at our wedding in Boonton Twp in 1972. We enjoyed
knowing him into the early 1980's when when we lived not too far from
Boonton Twp., up in the Oak Ridge area of Jefferson Twp.
We have been retired for years now in Vero Beach, Florida. We only
wish we had gotten a chance to stop by Boonton Twp. and catch up
with Jim before he passed.
We pray he is at peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
May the peace of God which passes all understanding be a comfort
and support for Jim's family, during this difficult time.
In Christ,
Jeff and Cherie Burgard
