Obituary of Bruce H. McDonald

Bruce H. McDonald passed away on October 15, 2017, at University Hospital in Newark, NJ at the age of 62. Born and raised in Denville, he had lived in the Indian Lake section of Denville, NJ. Bruce worked as Chief Mechanic for University Hospital in Newark, NJ for 25 years. He loved to go for walks, loved the water, the beach, and he loved to exercise. Bruce was the kind of guy that would always make you laugh, always bringing out the best in people. He was predeceased by his father Edward McDonald, and by his first wife Vincenza R. "Cookie" McDonald. Bruce is survived by his wife of 6 ½ years, Olivia (Lallave) McDonald. He is also survived by his sons Nick and Anthony McDonald, his step-sons Mario, David and Ken Badillo, and by his mother Hilda McDonald. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2017, at the Denville Community Methodist Church 190 Diamond Spring Road Denville, NJ 07834 from 4-7PM.
