I am so sorry for your loss. Bruce came in to check in with us (the field supervisors) every morning to pick up broken vehicles and make a plan for the day. No matter how bad the situation was with vehicles and the pressure he was under to fix them, he always had a smile. Always cracking jokes. One of the few truly good guys.
