We will miss a very special man who we were fortunate to know, even if only for a short time.

Having grown up in "the neighborhood" of mostly boys that included the Ambrosi family, there are nothing but fond memories for sure. Tommy was my age and we spent alot of time together, but NOT until the knives were washed and ready for Bill to sharpen them. Bill and Irene were wonderful parents, firm but surely tolerant of us "boys" and a Bill a perfect example of an immigrant who worked very hard and built a wonderful business. I too remember the poker games that included my father in the neighborhood. My dad had immense respect for Mr Ambrosi. Tommy, Ray and Johnny, your dad was special and enjoyed the long life he so surely deserved. Fred and Sue Lash

It is sad when such a good man leaves us. "Mr. Ambrosi" was loved by his sons and their wives and grandchildren. They always spent time with him in Morris View while he was there for the last year and a half. He was always a welcome visitor in our homes for the many occasions and holidays we shared as extended family over the years. Rest in peace, Mr. Ambrosi. You will finally be together with your love, Irene.

Will always remember "Mr. A" as hard working, good natured guy who you could always joke with and get a chuckle out of him. When we visited his home town in Carisolo, Italy years ago, he reminded us before we left that we had to drink water from the "special" fountain in the center of town for eternal health and was shocked to hear that they had build a Home Depot (not) in his town.
He and Irene were always friendly and welcoming whenever I stopped to pick up Ray for little league baseball, high school shenanigans and later family gatherings. They did a great job of providing that "old School" parenting that has so visibly carried over to the way they raised their sons and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
May he now rest in peace and receive God's Sanctifying Grace so richly deserved.

I remember Mr. Ambrosi as a happy, warm, and fun loving man who always had an infectious smile. Bill and Irene welcomed you into their home and you became family. Together they raised three wonderful sons. Looking from heaven above, they must be so proud.
Our sincere condolences to the Ambrosi family.
Love, Judy and Arthur
