We chose the blue candle because it slightly matches the blue brilliance in Bill's eyes. If one gazed long enough, it seemed that not far behind the blueness lay the window to the soul of a man who possessed unlimited goodness, compassion, spirit, love, and faith.
And he also knew how to exhibit many other earthly qualities that we had on many occasion the pleasure of sharing; such as great golf, good food and drink, singing and dancing, laughing and joking, not only at PPCC, but at our respective homes for many years..........We will always delight with these fond memories in our hearts and souls..............Goodby for now, dear friend, until we meet again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked with Bill at the NJDOT office Region North in Netcong. I had to go to a class for NJDOT in West Windsor, not knowing where I was going Bill was nice enough to take me to the class and bring me home. The little things he did for people will be remembered THANK YOU BILL, rest in peace and may your family and friends remember the good times and keep your memory alive with smiles.

Maxine, Billy and Family
We are both so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. Billy's spirit will always be with me as it has been from the very beginning from standing up for me as my Godfather and being there for my growth into the man I am today. He has been and always will remain special to me. I am sure he is up there still with my father telling stories and watching us all grow in our lives while we enjoy the memory of his company and joy.
