Gary was my former broker course instructor and someone I could always be comfortable reaching out to about the business of real estate. I realized very quickly after my first few interactions with him that he was a gentle and kind man with an extremely broad understanding of a very complex business.
I've often thought to myself that he was the epitome of what a realtor should be. I'll never reach the level of knowledge that he attained but if I get less than halfway there, I'll know it was worth the effort due to this inspiring man.
The world is missing something without him.

Gary was my next-door neighbor, my walking partner, my best man and my dear friend. When it snowed, he was always there with "Big Red," our jointly-owned snow blower, to clear out my nearly vertical driveway. No one ever had a better neighbor.

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of such a great man! I first saw Gary at a company event in the early 90's where he was the keynote speaker. It was immediately obvious to me that he was a special person. A few years ago it was my sincere privilege to attend Gary's NJ Broker course at NCJAR. He made every class engaging, informative, and fun. Gary had a knack for being knowledgeable and instructive while never egotistical. I guess that's because he came from a place of love and caring. Gary was beloved by all. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time!
