My deepest condolences to Jeanie’s family and friends. I was greatly saddened to learn of her passing. Momma Brown was a big part of my life growing up as were all of the Browns. I love you guys! I was very fortunate to have spent a lot of time around Momma Brown and her family growing up. In a time in my life when I always seemed to have a fire lit under me and I wasn’t always easy to deal with she was always there for me to talk to. Sometimes she shared stories and advice, other times she just listened when nobody else would. She always seemed to know how to make me feel better. I feel extremely lucky to have shared time with her on this crazy journey of life! As I write this I can see her welcoming smile, hear her contagious laugh, and see those heart warming eyes that always made me feel at home. Momma Brown was one of the best people I’ve ever known and the world was definitely a better place with her in it! She will be greatly missed! Condolences to you all, Jim Sammon

Mrs. Henry Brown was how I addressed Jean each & every time we met. She was the sweetest person that I had ever had the pleasure to be friends with. She is now another Angel & rest comfortably in God’s arm.

I only knew Jeannie through the A&P in Denville...but she was such a kind soul and we always shared laughter as I was checking out....I made it a point to shop at the Denville A&P because of her ..and I only lived a block away from the A&P in Boonton......Jeannie made grocery shopping fun .....Rest in Peace my friend...

Heartfelt condolences to Jeannie's family. What a beautifully written obituary for a incredible person. Jeannie was a very special person who didn't have a mean bone in her body and had a heart of gold. Growing up next door to the Brown's (East Main St) I can't remember the time before there wasn't a Henry and Jeannie. Joan and Family: Jim and I are so sorry to hear of Jean. Jean was a person who cared for people and would make you feel good. Jean would smile and give you a hug. I loved doing her hair and talking to her about the good ole days will miss that. We are so happy we got to be at her party, what a great time we had.
