I first met Dave when I was a cadet engineer at Con Edison in 1964. Many of our discussions were not necessarily technical, but about his Red Sox vs my Yankees. He was a gentle kind man. My condolences to the Marihugh Family.

He was the kindest man. My family could not challenge ourselves moving to the states with out him. I still remember all the games he taught me and dinners and family gathering we were invited. My condolences to the Anne and Marihugh Family. From the Kato family

I was hired by Con Edison as a Cadet Engineer in 1964. My first assignment was in Transmission Structures Department. I reported to Dave. He was such a caring person and he taught me many things. He made my entry into the workforce so easy. I was always impressed by the depth of knowledge he had in the engineering field. He was a wonderful man and a true friend.

I will always remember our Sunday dinners at the Marihughs followed by a round of golf. I am so grateful to Dave about the financial advice given to me.It helped tremendously. My condolences to Ann and the entire family
