Dear Deb,
You must have been so proud of your daughters sharing your life, dreams, struggles and mostly all your accomplishments.. I wish they had more time to share but their time was limited! I learned so many new things about you. Did you see all the hundreds of people that came to pay their last respect?! We would have had so much to talk about today. I miss our talks. Couple of years ago, you read one of my letters and you told me that I write so well and that I should give your eulogy. I was so upset with you when you said that and had you promise that you would not leave us. You were called back my dear angel much too soon . I knew you would have fought hard no matter how much pain you were in but I guess God decided that the time had come for you to rest and now it's our time to fight this terrible disease in your memory. Thanks for letting us know about the battle that woman with triple negative cancer are fighting .. We will remember always and will smile when a cure is discovered! Rest my friend! Well done Deb! Take a bow as we applaud your legacy!

Dearest Sweet Heart Debbie,
Oh! how much fun we had together at Grandma and Grandpa Pomante's down the shore at Seaside!
How cute... did you always look with your bangs curled under and in those cute little dresses and patent leather shoes...yes, Debbie ...those were the days... we loved so with you and your loving brothers...and all our fabulous cousins! We know
what a force we all were to reckon with...may the Goodness and Force of Heaven now hold you tight but ever so gently as you relax into easier puffy-cloud days above. We can just imagine You and your Mom cooking up an Italian storm up there ... as you are now together again...two of Heaven's Most Beautiful Angels!!!
Debbie we will remember You in our hearts forever and ever...please give your Uncle Paul and Aunt Connie Kisses and Hugs from Us.
Deb...oh how We Miss and Love You So!!!

Debbie was a truly amazing person and loving friend who was always there to care and mentor with a smile on her face. I thank her for all that she taught me and the guidance and friendship we shared for many years. We are all blessed to have had her as part of our lives as she is an inspiration of how we should approach life with all of our hearts in all we do and never ending hope to find peace. God has another ANGEL at his side in heaven making it an even better place...All Our Love Forever!

Although Ive never had the honor of meeting Deb in person, from knowing her daughter Kristin over the years, I know for a fact that she was one of the greatest moms a girl could have. Rest in Peace.

Dear Deb, How lucky are we to have had you in our lives. You touched us all with your beauty and grace, and showed us kindness and perserverance. You held your place among the best of the best. You inspired us in how you lived after being dealt such a terrible hand. You proved that a relentless positive attitude and support from loved ones, would give you and your family an abundance of joy and happiness through the bitterness of what would eventually come. Rest my friend and in the coldness of these winter days, I know your warmth will shine through comforting us that you are at peace and we will look up to the heavens and smile back.

When I met Deb at our first FTI conference, we immediately hit it off-she was so full of life, laughs and had such a great sense of humor. Seeing her was always the highlight of our FTI trip. I just read that we shared a birthday-now I know even more that we were kindred spirits! I will miss her very much and my heart aches for Dewey and the girls. I wish I could be there this week to express my love and condolences in person, but Greg will be there. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I didn't know Debbie very long, but I do know what a very special person she was. She was a phenomenal Mom, wife and friend. We shared many happy times together at the shore and I will miss her. Debbie was the most courageous woman I will ever know. My prayers are with her family now and always.
