So many fond memories of earlier days, camping at Jimmy's farm, fireworks at the house and so many laughs shared. Your Mom was a very special lady. Although we only met with Jo-Ann four times, we felt we had known her forever as did our little dog Gunner whom she took care of at the end of August. Sadly we never saw her again but we did enjoy many texts during the last few weeks and had planned a visit today 11th. Our hearts go out to all her family, friends, the children she took care of and of course the animals she loved too. We mourn her passing and a friendship cut short, but are grateful to have known her at all. Sheila & Alan Cowe

I can’t believe the bond that grew between JoAnn and my family in such a short time. I truly will cherish our talks and memories made while she stayed with us in her final days, and I will miss her. Kendra Langenbach

I extend my deepest sympathy, prayers, and condolences to Joann’s family, friends, loved ones, and coworkers. She’ll be greatly missed by all but her legacy will be with you each and every day. Remember the good times because they’ll sustain in the days and weeks to come and she’ll be your guardian angel always present. Absent from the body present with God. I shall miss her dearly but I’ll remember the wonderful conversations we had her love for Charles and her dogs and how much she enjoyed my text messages. Phyllis Harris
