To Ken's family and friends my dearest and heartfelt condolences and I am so sorry I wasn't able to attend his going home service. Ken was my mentor while I worked at AT&T back in the early 90's and always told me not what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear. As I grew professionally and personally I remember sitting at his knee many a day using meetings and events as an excuse to learn valuable life lessons that I now share with others. I don't know why he took a liking to me as I was this brash and unassuming African American kid who thought I could figure things out myself. But he took me under his wing, exposed me to the senior executives of AT&T at the time and taught me what I needed to succeed. I was remiss and am totally sorry for not reaching out to him as much as I wanted to later in life. And I won't make any excuses. To Ken Jr. and the rest of his amazing family my heartfelt sympathies and I am so sorry for our loss. God has gained an amazing Angel who will pretty much speak his mind and tell you everything about his kids and love of life. Thank you Ken Foster for helping to make me who I am professionally and for personally being an amazing light to us all. With Grace...Wayne Robinson

I was terribly sorry to hear that Mr. Foster passed. He was an incredible friend to our family and a deeply generous man. I remember visiting New York as a child and he took our family to a Broadway show - I think it was Beauty and the Beast. We had such a wonderful time. He would always reach out to us and send thoughtful, beautiful gifts for special occasions throughout our lives. His passing is a great and sad loss for all of us, but he left an incredible legacy of love and kindness that we'll never forget.

Mr. Foster was a man of supreme generosity to my family. That’s the best way I can describe him. My memories of him are primarily 20 years old but I know his influence was deeply felt. He will absolutely be missed.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Foster from when I was a very young girl. He used to walk down the church aisle and pretend to steal my nose to make me laugh. Mr. Foster was always a dear friend to my parents. He jump started my career by giving me my first internship. Mr. Foster introduced me to the corporate business world, something I had zero experience with at the time. This experience was invaluable and I am Forever grateful. He will be deeply missed.

Uncle Kenny was the perfect blend of his brothers, the sophistication of Larry and my fathers over the top sense of humor. He was a true family man, after my father passed he always made a point of checking in on my mother and our family. I have many great memories of my Uncle Kenny!

My condolences to Kenny and family. I have fond memories of Mr. Foster showing us how telephones work when we were in grade school at St Mary’s.
I loved the keychains with miniature phones that he gave us each time he visited. I have fond memories of St. Mary’s and Mr Foster and his family are one of them. Rest In Peace.

We stand on the shoulders of giants......Ken and Mary. They were brother and sister in this life who both believed in doing all they could for their fellow man. They lived their lives to the fullest teaching us all how to be better people by example . Their spirit of generosity, love , friendship and laughter lives on in each and every one of their children and grandchildren. We were so blessed to have such amazing role models to show us the way. A life so well lived......well done good and faithful servant.
Our deepest sympathies for the loss of such a giant of a man.....we grieve with you and send you our heartfelt love.

Thinking of all of you, wonderful Foster family. Ken was such a kind and generous man. My dad cherished his friendship with him, and my parents always looked forward to the Penn State football games. I'll always remember all the fun family gatherings your family hosted. We all loved living next door to you, and Ken's presence was such a strong part of my childhood. Love to you all.

Dynamic individual and incredibly dedicated volunteer. At the heart of so many community initiatives which I fondly remember from my childhood.
And he wrote great term papers. My Mom typed them and I helped her proof them!

Mr Foster and his entire family were a big part of my childhood neighborhood and our lives. He and his wife Doris supported our Scouting programs. He was a coworker of my Dad and Jeanne a classmate for so many years. So many great memories of him and the entire family. My heart goes out to the entire family over their current and past loss.

Over many decades I observed closeup how Uncle Kenny loved and was loved by his older brother, Lawrence The respect and friendship between the two brothers was heartwarming to behold. Uncle Kenny was one of the warmest, most caring, and consistently upbeat people I have ever known. My deepest sympathy to Fran and Kenny's huge loving family.

To all of the people Mr. Foster loved so well,
I am so sorry to hear the sad news. What a wonderful man! He was such a good friend (along with Doris!) to all of the Parkinsons.
While it has been many, many years, I have such vivid, happy memories of times our families spent together -- Dingman's Ferry, picnics in the park, Jeanne as an awesome babysitter who brought us cookies from the Viking :). While the memories feel a million miles away, I will hold onto their sweetness as I remember Mr. Foster and keep each of you in my thoughts today and in the days to come.
The last time I saw him, Mr. Foster gave me a copy of "Oh, The Places You'll Go!" I can't help but think of all the places he has been, all of the lives he has touched, and the legacy he leaves. He will be missed.
With sympathy and affection,
Donna
