Obituary of Jessie H. Kamieniecki

Jessie H. Kamieniecki, 97, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Boonton Care Center.

 

Born in Bloomfield to the late Alexander and Czeslawa Lutz, she was the oldest of four children. Jessie was raised in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. She graduated from the Eastern District High School in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, class of 1939. She married Joseph Kamieniecki on July 5, 1941. They lived in Bloomfield before moving to the Singac section of Little Falls in 1949. Jessie was an avid New York Mets fan and she followed pro golf, most recently rooting for Phil Mickelson.

 

Jessie was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 1998 and by her siblings, John, Irene, and Edward. She is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Paolino and her husband, Charles, of Whitehouse Station, and Ted Kamieniecki and his wife Sirina of Boonton Township; her grandchildren, Tamra-Ann Taylor and her husband, Jeff; Deborah-Ann Poniatowski and her husband, Steve; Christian Paolino and his partner, Jeffrey Kist; Amy Rodriguez and her husband, Cesar; Daniel Kamieniecki; Ryan Kamieniecki; Christine Dinger and her husband, Timothy; and Jaclyn Maher and her husband, Frank; nine great-grandchildren, Jonah, Luca, Emily, Alexa, Antonio, Camila, Michelle, Frankie, and Julia; and many nieces, extended family, and friends.

 

Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 7th at 9:30 am at The Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, 390 County Road 523, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889. Memorial donations may be made to Singac Fire Company #3, Attn: Mike Burke, 517 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424 or to the American Brain Foundation by way of www.americanbrainfoundation.org.
