Obituary of Adelaide F. Robbe
Adelaide Francis (Balzano) Robbe, 98, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 23, 2019 in the comfort of her home in Wayne, New Jersey. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 26th at 1 pm at Stanhope Union Cemetery, Waterloo Valley Road, Netcong, NJ.
Adelaide was born May 16th, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York. She was a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother. She is survived by her three loving daughters Donna Ebenstein and her husband Donald, Debra Sweeney and her husband Larry and Dawne Fazzino and her husband John; her cherished grandchildren, Shannon his wife Michele, April and her husband Michael, Joshua and his wife Tiffany, Meagan and her husband Travis; her treasured great grandchildren, Mathilda, Elsa, Carmella, Sofia, Luella, Ames, and Miles; and many nieces and nephews.
Adelaide was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. She opened up her heart and her home to many people. Adelaide enjoyed cooking for her family and was an avid Mets fan.
The immediate family would like to express their thanks for the wonderful help and care by Hospice and her home caregivers, Lolita, Isabella, and Louisa.
Memorial Donations are being accepted in Adelaide’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by way of www.inmemof.org.
