Obituary of Kathryn Mary Margaret Ross
Kathryn Mary Margaret Ross passed away suddenly on May 13, 2019 at Saint Clare’s Hospital in Denville after courageously battling an illness. She was 48 years young.
Born and raised in Fair Lawn to Marilyn Dunnigan and the late Jack, she was the youngest of six children. She graduated from Fair Lawn High School. Kathryn was a very smart and dedicated woman. She made a successful career for herself as a Waitress to support her family. Kathryn was born to be a Mom, and she was an extraordinary one. The sun rose and set on her children; she put them above all else. Kathryn truly was the glue that kept her family together. She will remain in our hearts forever and we comfort in knowing she is safe, at peace, and our family has a guardian angel watching out for us.
Left to continue her legacy of unconditional love are her beloved children, Kailyn Magyar and her husband Corey, Tyler Ross, and Erin Ross and their father, John Ross and his companion; her cherished grandson, Benjamin “Benji” Corey Magyar; her adored mother, Marilyn Dunnigan; her caring siblings, Geraldine “Geri” Resner and her husband Charles, Jack Dunnigan and his wife Risa; Kevin Dunnigan; Colin Kelly Dunnigan and his wife Katherine “Katie”, and Jamie Dunnigan; her loving companion of many years, Brian; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
All services are private. Please leave a condolence, light a candle, and share a special memory of Kathryn with her family.
