Obituary of Lorraine H. Curley

Lorraine H. Curley (Lupinski) passed away on May 10, 2019, at the age of 76.

Born in New York City she had lived in Hopatcong for 50 years before moving to Mount Arlington, NJ 4 years ago.

Lorraine earned her Associates degree in the Arts at the County College of Morris. There, she thoroughly enjoyed taking art classes in painting, ceramics and photography. She was a home maker and worked as substitute teacher the Hopatcong schools and Sussex County Vo-Tech. In the late eights and early 90’s she re-entered the work force as a fraud investigator for Prudential Insurance Company in Parsippany and in Iselin, NJ for over 20 years.

On her off time, Lorraine loved to socialize and keep informed of the current events. She had affinity for television drama and life mysteries. She was best remembered spending time with her family at the beach, on the lake, at cookouts and in the home. 

Lorraine was predeceased by her husband of 30 years Alan P Curley in 2012.

She is survived by her sons Alan P. Curley Jr, of Denville, NJ and Eric L Curley and his wife Thu Roan of Ontario, CN.

She is also survived by Granddaughters Erin, Emily and Shauna as well as Grandson Ryan.
