Dear Frank, Robyn and Family
Words can't even begin to express what your dad, and your mom, meant to us and all of our family. Friendships, like the one we had with your parents, are rare experiences and true blessings. They enrich your entire life and stay with you long after individuals pass.
We think of your dad every day and miss him. He's with your mom now and that belief provides us with some comfort. We hope it comforts you and your family as well.

Frank Jr. and Family,
Sorry to hear about the passing of Frank Sr. He was a good man and I was proud to have him as a Godfather. In the age of AAU sports, there are not many people left like Frank who created opportunities for all kids of every age, regardless of their skill level and abilities. His encouragement and advice were an asset to all young athletes he coached and mentored.
I am fortunate to have known him on a personal level, reaping many benefits from early youth and later years when I could spend time in Torrington talking to him about sports, family and life. As I think about him today, I see the fiery story teller and optimist who gave back to his community on a consistent basis.
He will be missed by many.
Regards,
Dave Cappellina and Family (Donna, Paula, Ritzie, Anna, Matthew, Gio and Rocco)

To Frank and Family
I am so saddened to have learned of your dad's passing. My memories of him and of course, your mom, Betty, stretch back to my childhood: family gatherings, The Varsity Alumni Basketball Program, The Schoolboy Invitational, THS Basketball or a coincidental meeting.
During some difficult days in my adolescence, your father stood by my and Peter's side. He was supportive, compassionate and there for me (us). I never, ever, forgot that.
He led a good life and that good life had a positive influence on so many in Torrington.
May those good memories bring you comfort today and in the days going forward.
With a heavy heart,
David Ohotnicky
