Obituary of Mary Lee

Mary Lee, of Morristown, formerly of Newark, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Morris Hills Center in Morristown. She was 87 years young.

Born and raised in Newark, Mary was one of eight children. She was a simple woman of few words, and an exceptional wife and mother. Her favorite pastime was watching soap operas. She had a love for gambling and animals, but most of all, her family was her first priority. Mary will forever be treasured in our hearts.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph, she leaves only loving memories to her adored children, Gary Y. Lee and his wife Barbara of Oklahoma, Dan D. Lee of Massachusetts, Denise L. Crotty and her husband James of Rockaway Twp., and Derek D. Lee and his wife Jennifer of Pennsylvania; her cherished grandchildren, Eric and his wife Megan, Ryan, and Georgianna; her treasured great-granddaughter, Keira; and her caring siblings, Ruth, Bernice, Franklin, and the late Steve, Jane, William, and Raymond.
