Obituary of Helen Baker Dykstra
Helen Baker Dykstra, of Denville, formerly of Bradenton Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Thursday, December 6, 2018. She was 85 years young.
Born in Uxbridge, MA, to the late Hilka and Cornelia Baker, she was raised in MA and spent part of her life in NJ. A devout Christian, Helen attended church and Bible study regularly. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She spent her free time volunteering at different libraries, and knitting items for her beloved family and those in need. She will always be treasured and remembered in our hearts.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Edward G. Dykstra, left to continue her legacy of love and laughter are her loving children, Debra Bates and her husband Michael, Timothy Dykstra, Carolyn Mims and her husband Shepherd; her cherished grandchildren, Joshua Dykstra and his wife Niki and their son Austin Dykstra, Jonathan Dykstra and his wife Megan, Paul Rossnagel and Paige Rossnagel.
Memorial Service will be held in Massachusetts at a later date to be announced. Please leave a condolence and special memory for her family.
