Obituary of Carlotta Winslow

Carlotta Winslow (Fugazzi) passed away in Denville, NJ, on October 22, 2018, at the age of 94. Born in Hoboken, she had lived in Weehawken and Monroe Twp. before moving to Denville, NJ in 2008. Carlotta earned her Bachelor's degree from St. Elizabeth's College and her Master's Degree from Seton Hall University. She worked as a teacher before becoming the Vice Principal of Hoboken High School until her retirement in the late 1980's. Carlotta loved to travel and had a passion for painting; she would also volunteer in her spare time for the Women's Auxiliary at St. Mary's Hospital in Hoboken. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Edward B.J. Winslow in 2012, and by her son Edward J. Winslow in 2004. Carlotta is survived by her Granddaughter Christina Winslow and her Daughter in-law Sally Winslow, both of West New York, NJ, as well as her nieces, nephews and sister in-law. A Liturgy of Christian Mass will be held on Friday October 26, 2018, at 10:00AM at St. Mary's Church 15 Myers Ave Denville, NJ 07834, followed by interment at Denville Cemetery.
