Obituary of Glenn Kershaw Green
Glenn Kershaw Green, of Denville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville. He was 79 years young.
Born in Plainfield, NJ to the late Albert and Marion, he was one of three children raised in Westfield, NJ. He was a proud alumnus of Lehigh University, and made a successful career for himself working at Hewlett-Packard for 25 years as a Marketing Manager. Glenn was a member of the Sons of Norway and a life member of the Shongum Sportsmens Association and the National Rifle Association. When he wasn’t volunteering at St. Clare’s Hospital, he was spending time with his family. They were his pride and joy and he will always be remembered for the amazing husband, father, and grandfather that he was.
He leaves only joyful memories to his beloved wife of 51 years, Love Green; his adored children, Dawn Green, Gunnar Green, and Erik (Katherine) Green; his cherished grandchildren, Alex, Aidan, Siri, & Jack; and his caring siblings, Gail Parizeau and Greg Green.
Public Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 21st from 5 – 8 pm with Funeral Services beginning at 7:00 pm at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ 07834. Burial will take place on Friday, June 22nd at 11 am at Fairview Cemetery, 1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090. Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's New Jersey; alznj.org or Nor-Bu Lodge. Please share a memory or leave a condolence for his family.
