Obituary of Eileen Van Duyne

Eileen Van Duyne (Meister) passed away surrounded by her family on May 28, 2018, at the age of 81. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she had summered in the Indian Lake section of Denville Twp., NJ since 1960 before moving there full time in 1990. Eileen was a long time member of the Indian Lake Community Club and the Peace Pipe Golf Club, she also loved to garden and arrange flowers and she also taught many people over the years how to water ski, which she also did herself until the age of 60. She is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, James F. Van Duyne Sr. of Denville, NJ. Her loving children James F. Van Duyne Jr. of Long Island, NY, Susanne Van Duyne of Denville, NJ, and Chris G. Van Duyne of Rockaway, NJ. Her grandchildren Crystal Malec, Jessica Speteri and Nicole Ervolino and her great grandchildren Brandi, Damian, Chris, Josephine and Victoria also survive her. A memorial Service will be held on Sunday June 3, 2018, from 3:30PM – 6:00PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834, www.normanderan.com.
