Obituary of Beatrice Tighe

Beatrice Tighe (McNulty) passed away at her home in the Lake Shawnee section of Wharton, NJ on May 13, 2018, at the age of 84.
Born in County Sligo, Ireland, she came to the United States in 1952. She has lived in Lake Shawnee since 1965.
Beatrice worked in retail for J.C. Penney in Rockaway Twp., NJ for 35 years before retiring in 2012. She loved crossword puzzles and gardening, as well as spending time with her grandchildren and attending St. Mary's Church in Denville.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph P. Tighe in 2009.
Beatrice is survived by her children Patricia Tighe of Wharton, NJ, Sheila and her husband Jerry of North Plainfield, NJ, Kathe Odenweller of Lakewood, CO and Joseph P. Tighe Jr. of Anaheim, CA. Her grandchildren Eden, Anthony and Gerard Caprio and Jocab and Gabriel Odenweller also survive her.
Visitation will be held on Sunday May 20, 2018, from 3:00PM – 5:00PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. Funeral services will be begin at the funeral home on Monday May 21, at 9:00AM and then going to St. Mary's Church in Denville for a 10:00AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Mass. Interment will follow at St. John's Cemetery in Queens, NY.
