Obituary of Vincenzo Dagostino

Vincenzo Dagostino passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.  He was 81 years old.  Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 6-8 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville.  Interment of ashes will be private.  Donations in his name may be made to the good work of St. Jude Childrens’ Research Hospital.

Vincenzo was born in Giovinazzo, Italy to the late Domenico and Carmela Dagostino.  After his schooling he went to work helping out the family.  On April 4, 1959, he married Teodora Poli and the couple started their family.  They raised three sons and worked hard.  Vincenzo enjoyed trips home to Italy to visit with family and being near his grandchildren.

Predeceased by his son Domenico (2016); he is survived by his wife Dora of 59 years; his sons Vito (Joanne) and Frank; his grandchildren Matthew, Jennie, Anthony, Amanda, Nicholas, Courtney, Kyle and Nicole; his siblings Michele, Angelo, Madalena and Carmela; and many more dear relatives and friends.
