Obituary of Philip F. Peluso

Philip F. Peluso passed away surrounded by his family at Care One in Parsippany, NJ on April 2, 2018.  His love and passion for life will be greatly missed. 

He was born to Pasquale and Carmela Peluso (Siciliano) in Queens, New York. After High school he served our country in the United States Navy in World War II from 1944-1946.  Philip was employed with Con Edison, electric company, as a welder for 43 years.  When he wasn’t working he loved to be creative through photography and videography.  He also loved music, dancing and a glass of red wine.  Everyone always loved to be around Philip because he knew how to put a smile on their face.  

He leaves joyful memories to his partner of 25 years Phylis Waterfall; daughters Jessica Maldonado and her husband Brandon and Tammy Peluso; step-daughter Debra Paccione and her husband Trevor; grandchildren Haley Eve Paccione, Nicholas and Isabella Maldonado. 

Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, April 6th at the Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, April 7that 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Cemetery, 90 Church Street, Rockaway. Interment will follow at St. Cecilia’s Cemetery.  Donations may be made in Philip’s memory to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Fund by way of www.inmemoryof-memorial.org.  Please leave a condolence or share a memory with the family.
