Obituary of Dorette Lundgren

Dorette Lundgren passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018 at Care One Morris.  She was 94.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 23^rd at 4 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville.  Visiting hours will be from 2-4 pm that afternoon.  Please share your memories here.

Dorette was born in Nova Scotia in 1923 to the late Adolf and Hazel.  After High School, she attended NYU for two years before marrying and settling in Denville to raise her family.  She worked for Philip Morris as a secretary but her most important role was that of Mother.  She was loving and caring and devoted her life to her family.  She taught piano to many students and donated much of her time as a volunteer at St Clare’s for many years. She will be missed by so many dear family, friends and neighbors. 

Predeceased by her husband Ernest; her son David and her beloved grandson Sean; she leaves happy memories to her children Frederick Lundgren and Susan Chiaventone and her granddaughter Corinna.
