Obituary of Floyd R. Scheetz

Floyd R. "Ace" Scheetz passed away at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA on July 8, 2017, at the age of 59. Born in Newark, NJ he had lived in Irvington and Denville before moving to East Stroudsburg, PA. Floyd worked for many years as a truck driver. Welcoming him into heaven are his mother and father Floyd Sr. and Viola Scheetz as well as his sisters Christine D'Alessandro in 2013, and Cynthia Nelson in 1984. Floyd is survived by his wife Lynette Scheetz of East Stroudsburg, PA, his loving children Keith Scheetz of South Amboy, Kevin Scheetz of East Stroudsburg, Amber Protzo of East Stroudsburg and Destiny Protzo of Oceanside, CA. He is also survived by his siblings Leslie and Robert and many loving family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday July 12, 2017, from 4-8PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com. A prayer service will be held at 10Am on Thursday July 13, at the Funeral Home followed by interment services at Denville Cemetery.
