Please share a memory of Ann to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ann M. Popick passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, October 1, 2016 in the comfort of her home. She was 92 years young.
Born and raised in Harrison, NJ, she has lived in West Orange for the past 30 years. She made a very successful 35 year career for herself as an Assistant Dietician at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, retiring in 2002. Ann was a dedicated Yankees fan. She also loved politics and current events. Her first priority in her life was her family. She cherished her 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts and will certainly never be forgotten. Her legacy will continue to live on in the souls of her beloved family.
She is survived by her adored daughters, Mary Popick of Whippany, Patricia Monica of Rockaway, and Colleen Eugene and her husband George of West Orange; her admired grandchildren, Tracy, Richard, JP, Jenn, Kellyann, and Lindsay; her loving great-grandchildren, Livi, Ava, Aly, Russell, Owen, Jaime, Alex, Jake, Lia, and Max; her caring siblings, Dolores McCarthy, the late Jim Durkin, and the late Winifred Bulger; and many other extended family and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 10 Pocono Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046. Please leave a condolence for her family.
