Obituary of Myrtle Agnes Testa
Please share a memory of Myrtle to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Myrtle Testa left this world peacefully on August 5, joining her husband John in heaven.
John and Myrtle had a wonderful marriage of almost 65 years prior to his passing nine years ago. They were the love of each other's life and are together again.
Myrtle was a kind and quiet lady with a gentle, yet determined strength. Faith, family and friends were priorities in her life. She was there for everyone, in good times and bad. She will be missed by many, as she loved and touched everyone in her life. All were amazed by Myrtles energy, as well as her inner and outer beauty. As a 91 year old she cooked, entertained, drove and maintained the activity level of someone many many years younger. Upon moving to Denville 39 years ago, she worked as a teller at the Chase Bank in Denville.
Myrtle remains in the hearts of those she left behind which include her loving son Dennis Testa and his wife MaryAnn and her loving daughter Carol Lankenau and husband Bill, as well as grandchildren: Shad Testa and wife Sharon, Willie Lankenau, Christy Bahn and husband Andy, Seth Testa and wife Tammy. Casey Lankenau and wife Carla, and her youngest grandson Christian Lankenau. Myrtle made each and every grandchild feel special. She also leaves behind seven great-grandchildren ( Peter, Tyler, Juliet, Devin, Chase, John, and Colton ) who she dearly loved.
