Rosanne L. Simone passed away surrounded by her family at Morris Hills Center in Morristown, NJ on Monday, February 22, 2016, at the age of 63.
Born in Queens, New York, she grew up in Rutherford, New Jersey. Rosanne also lived in Houston, Texas, Arizona, and Pennsylvania before moving back to New Jersey.
Rosanne loved animals; especially her Alaskan Malamute, "Niki", and her one-eyed cat , "Vito". She was a member and an Elder of Parkside Community Church in Westwood, NJ, where she also taught Sunday School.
Rosanne was a "Corvette Cutie" in her heyday in Houston, TX.
She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Carillon Importers & Distillers in Teaneck, NJ for 10 years.
Rosanne was predeceased by her companion of 15 years, Edward "Chuck" Haag.
She is survived by her siblings Annette Jaskot of Rockaway Twp., and Michele O'Brien and her husband Kevin O'Brien of Whippany, NJ. Rosanne's three beloved nephews, Jason Jaskot, Kevin O'Brien, Jr. and Kyle O'Brien, also survive her.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 27, 2016 at 11AM at Parkside Community Church 545 4th Avenue Westwood, NJ 07675.
