Please share memories with our family by clicking the link below. Our Mom was never one to be still. She always lead quite an active lifestyle. She exercised daily; walking, yoga & tennis were part of her routine. Being so health conscious made her a joy when visiting her doctor. She was the best patient a GP could ask for! And not to be forgotten; Mom exercised her mind everyday as well. She enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles; reading and knitting, playing dominoes and bingo and being with her friends. She had a laugh that was hearty and contagious and an appetite for adventures. She loved traveling and sunny Florida days. When driving with Dad, she would sing to him in the car. Whether traveling to multiple stores looking for the best deal or across the country, Mom made the best of every trip. And while we are discussing trips, Mom made plenty of them- in and out of her kitchen- nibbling all day long. She was an excellent cook and baker and was always whipping up something delicious. Above all, Jo-Ann loved spending time with her grandchildren. There were her greatest joys in this world and she was so proud of all of their achievements and milestones. She loved being a Grandma and the roots she has left for our family will continue to grow and get stronger through the years. We love you Mom. Stay near.
