Tootsie was never without spunk or a smile. She always reminded me that I was beautiful too and took joy in being in company with anyone. She had a way of making you feel like she knew you and her love for others was evident. My husband, Sam, and I will surely miss her.

I was lucky enough to see Franny on a daily basis when she visited my deli. She would have me smiling before she even entered. Always trying her luck on becoming the next big millionaire. We would chat and laugh and laugh and laugh everyday. Without a doubt she was one of my favorite customers and through the years becoming my friend. She cared about me and she showed it. I was very fortunate to have her in my life. I would visit her at home and she treated me like family, always welcoming. She often shared stories and showed pictures of her younger years. I loved these stories and she was a knock out! She enjoyed telling me all about it and I loved listening to her. She had a personality like no other.
Love you Frannie until we meet again❤️

We are so saddened by Francine’s passing. She was a mom to all of us who always took care of her children and many bonus kids throughout her life. Always smiling , joking and giving down to earth life advice.
Much love to all who loved her.
Rest easy forever in sweet peace.
Love - Tom & Mary Anne (Breslin ) Hannon.

Tootsie was a special human in our lives. A bonus grandma to me, a wonderful loving grandma “Tootsie” to my husband Andrew, or as she called him… “Hunk.” I will never forget meeting Tootsie, Aunt Claire & their beloved dog Noel…I have many memories laughing & enjoying Tootsie’s company. One memory I love is when Andrew and I got her a Build A Bear. When you pressed the paw of the bear, it would sing her favorite song “Green Eyes” - she couldn’t believe it! Too sweet.
My most beloved memory was when Corrine and I were having an emotional conversation and Tootsie was sitting nearby. I was venting & crying for one reason or another. Tootsie said quietly, “I don’t want to intrude but I just want to say that life is really hard. But you’ll get through it.” She said with a loving smile. She continued, “It’s going to be okay. And you will make it through. I don’t know what you are upset about, but I promise it will work out.” I will forever cherish her wise words. Love you Tootsie!
Also, I now know who Marc Miller is and I will always remember how much Tootsie loved when he crossed his arms!

I first met Franny when she was a Demonstrator at Rockaway ShopRite with her sister Claire. I was a Routesalesman for Frito Lay Whenever I made a delivery to the store I always looked forward to stopping by to see her and Claire . All you ever got was smiles , jokes , laughs and kindness. She was one in a million. We kept in touch over the years mostly through phone calls and an annual drop off of found money from the Little Blue Jug to be donated to the 11th hour Animal Rescue. I would always tease her when she drove up . I would say it looked like there was nobody behind the wheel of the car she was so tiny . She was always so happy and so thankful for a phone call and not forgetting her . May you rest in peace in Heaven Fran . You will be missed. Donny Palumbo

I had the pleasure of caring for Frances. She was a witty and loving women. When I would help her get ready for the day, she would say to me so sternly "I'm telling you right now, you better make this quick". She gave me so many great laughs. My best times with her were listening and enjoying her love for music. As we can't forget watching her favorite shows. She will be forever missed.

I worked for Fran for a short time. She was so nice and inspiring. I loved her personality and kindness. She told me stories about her life and how she had a business and cared for her community and family. I loved coming to see her on each and every visit. I wish I had more time with her. I love you Fran Forever.

Franny always had a smile on her face and was a mom to many of us during the time we worked together over a Studio 1. There are many times I think back to then and she's one of the calm and happy spots from a crazy time in a lot of our lives. May she rest in peace and thoughts and prayers to all who knew this amazing woman.

My Aunt Franny will be terribly missed by myself and Artie, She was a pip and hilariously funny. We flocked to her at family parties and spent the entire time with her. I had 2 favorites my Aunt Franny and my Aunt Carlette I loved them dearly
I was up visiting her a few days before she passed and there were all pictures around her and one comes to mind it was the picture of all the Paraboschi women standing in back of my grandmother… Well the Paraboschi girls are all together again! Artie and I love you Aunt Foo
