Obituary of Carole Parisi

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carole Rosemary Parisi (Ciulla).

She passed away peacefully at her home surrounded with the love of her family on November 15, 2023, at the age of 81.

Born and raised in Paterson, she moved to Lincoln Park with her husband where she raised her family before moving to Shelton, CT in 1984 where she worked for Nutmeg Precision. Ultimately retiring to Vero Beach, FL where she and her husband made many wonderful friends and traveled back and forth from FL to NJ. She finally moved back to NJ to live with her family 3 years ago.

Carole loved to cook all things Italian, and especially pasta.  While she didn’t bake, she absolutely adored desserts and chocolate. Carole also loved to travel. Destinations such as Vermont, Maine and Utah being some of her favorites.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 61 years, Joseph Parisi in 2021, her sister-in-law Kathy Cozzitorto, and her brother Eugene (Sonny) Ciulla.

Carole is survived by her loving daughters Karen and her husband Thomas Lorenz and Lisa McGowan both of Denville, NJ. She is also survived by her cherished grandsons Kyle and Sean Lorenz.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church 15 Myers Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 on Saturday, December 9th at 10:00 am under the direction of Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com.
