Born in Denville on August 25, 1997, Joe lived most of his life in Rockaway Township, NJ and was a resident of Ventnor City since 2019 where he was a well-loved member of the community.

Joe was known for his enormous heart and was always concerned for the well-being of others and left a huge mark on this world. He had such an impact on all the people surrounding him and was a beautiful person inside and out.  Joe was a humble, kind, compassionate man, and his heart was full for the love of God.
