Obituary of Marjorie J Green

          It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of Marjorie Green, who lived a full life to the age of 91. She passed away on March 19^th, 2023, at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville, with her beloved daughter by her side.

            Marjorie was born in January of 1932 to Walter and Rose Larrison in West Belmar, New Jersey. She was raised there, and after graduating, she found the love of her life, Ronald Green, and the pair were married. They began their family and raised them with the utmost love and care. In her later years, Marjorie enjoyed spending her time with her family, she was a great cook with many talents, Marjorie played the piano, had a beautiful signing voice, had a love for horses, and was an unbelievable artist.

            Her greatest love in life was her husband and her family, being remembered as an outstanding and devoted mother and a caring friend to all who knew her.

            And though we are saddened by her passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace. It is now up to those she leaves behind to continue on her memory. Her survivors include her daughter, Ronney Handschuch and her husband, Scott, her son, Richard Green and his wife, Ramona, her granddaughter, Jessica Matarazzo, and her great granddaughter, Laila Madeo.
