Obituary of James Michael Nowak
James Michael Nowak passed away peacefully with his loving parents by his side on December 2, 2022 at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. Born on May 19, 2022 at 3 pounds, James came into this world on a warm Spring day. In his short 6 months and 14 days on this earth, he has made the world a better place.
James was such a happy and kind baby. He was just starting to hit milestones, such as blowing raspberries, talking non-stop, and he was so close to saying his first words. He truly brought joy to anyone he met and he had the best spirit and temperament. He was strong, resilient, curious and had the biggest heart. James brought unimaginable joy, love, and light into so many people’s lives. He will remain in our hearts and souls forever. James was a blessing to everyone who had the honor of having him in their life and he will never be forgotten.
He was admired and treasured by his parents, Clarice and Thomas Nowak; his grandparents, Judith and Joseph Nowak and Richard and Nida Andre; his aunts and uncles, Lisa and Luis Inguil and William Andre; and many cousins, friends, and church family.
James will be laid to rest privately at Marcella Union Cemetery in Rockaway. Memorial Donations are being accepted in James’s memory to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at St. Barnabas Medical Center by way of www.inmemof.org to ensure receipt of your donation. Please light a candle and continue to let James’s light shine on.
