My mom and Bobbie were close friends in their teenage years, so close that Bobbie was my godmother. We were teammates during her last season on the Picatinny softball team and then years later we were golf buddies on Sunday mornings at Picatinny. I actually started my career at Picatinny because I wanted to play on their softball team after watching Bobbie play when I was a kid. RIP Bobbie, and say hello to my parents for me.
