Obituary of Reese William Jones
Reese William Jones passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center. He had shared 57 years of unconditional love, infectious laughter, and unforgettable memories with family and friends.
Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Thomas and Anne Jones, Reese was one of three children raised in Selden, Long Island to bless the Jones household. He graduated from Stony Brook High School in NY, Class of 1982. He attended the University of Scranton for a short period of time before finding his niche in the technology industry. Reese was a talented Computer Programmer; he had worked for several companies before starting his own business. He married the love of his life and best friend, Karena Annette Clarke, on May 13, 2000. Together they began this rollercoaster we call life hand in hand. They settled into and raised their family in Denville. Family was Reese’s number one priority. The sun rose and set on his wife and daughters. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and watching the NY Giants and sci-fi movies.
Although we are deeply saddened by his passing, we take comfort in knowing he is out of pain and reunited with his parents in Heaven.
He leaves only joyful memories to his beloved wife of nearly 22 years, Karena; his adored daughters, Isabel and Sophie; his loving siblings, Allison Jones and Thomas Jones and his wife Kimberley; his caring nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Rhys Jones; and many dear extended family and friends.
All services are private. Memorial Donations are being accepted in Reese’s memory by way of www.inmemof.org to support his daughters’ future. Please leave a condolence, light a candle, and share your favorite memory of Reese here to continue to celebrate his incredible life.
