Obituary of Alfred Marozzi
Alfred Marozzi passed away on April 19, 2022, in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
at the age of 93.
Born in West New York, NJ had had lived in Upper Montclair and then in Pine Brook, NJ
Where he and his wife Paula raised their children, and eventually retired to West Palm Beach, FL.
Alfred earned his Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University.
He Founded Bell-Mark Corporation in 1959 and worked there for almost 50 years.
Alfred loved to play golf and tennis and most of all spending time with his wife, kids, grandkids and great grandchilden.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Paula (Castiglione) Marozzi in 2013.
Alfred is survived by his loving children John and his wife Marlene Marozzi, Theresa and her husband Thomas Pugh, Mary and her husband Dr. Robert Delarosa and Barbara and her husband Robert Batesko. He is also survived by his adoring grandchildren Laura Marozzi Penny, Christopher Marozzi and his wife Dr. Brinda Kantha, Melissa Pugh, Robert Pugh and his wife Yalena Palao, James and wife Lena Ciardullo, , Sara Delarosa Sailors and her husband Daniel, Dr. Matthew Delarosa and his wife Ali, Alix Batesko, Tyler and Reed Batesko and Hunter Batesko, as well as her great grandchildren Aidan, Gavin, and Zoey Luca, Nolan, Wilder, Shaw, Mila and Leo.
Visitation will be held on Sunday April 24, 2022, from 2:00PM to 6:00PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com.
A Liturgy of Christian Funeral Mass will be held on Monday April 25, at 10:00AM at St. Mary’s Church in Denville, NJ, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
Memorial Donations can be made in his memory to Progeria Research Foundation, and mailed to “Team Zoey” P.O. Box 102, Pine Brook, NJ 07058.
