Obituary of R. Christopher Pocelinko
Robert "Chris" Pocelinko, passionate husband, father, & friend
Chris passed away suddenly on December 7, 2021 at the age of 64.
He leaves behind his wife Rosalie (nee Caffarra), daughter and son in law Rebecca Pocelinko (Ryan Burkhart), son James, adored granddaughter Veronica; brother Michael R. (Anna), nephew Michael R. Pocelinko, his Spohrer cousins Stephen, Mark, Peter, Suzanne and their families; as well as many more close friends – more than he ever imagined!
Chris grew up in Essex Fells NJ, moving to Mt Tabor (Parsippany, NJ) in 1983. He was not just a truck driver, but a transportation specialist!
He loved his family fiercely and passionately! He enjoyed cooking, music, reading, & camping. He was a Christian believer that touched lives everywhere he went.
His education was lifelong. He earned his Associate Degree in Applied Science from County College of Morris 2002, and was previously certified in electronics. Chris always had a natural ability for home and work - related repairs. He was employed by J Way transports from 1979-2014, HR Ewell, and Cardinal Logistics from December 2015 to his passing.
He will be longed for by his wife Rosalie whom he made sure to show he loved her every day, in every way.
Chris - we were Sittin’ on a Rainbow!!
