I really miss your presence Dr. Ardith, you're truly missed. You are part of the reason my kids felt at ease going to the doctors office with your motherly ways and your firm to do's. You always made sure to give the best care and advise to my most precious people.
Although you're are missed dearly I know you're just as valuable in Heaven as you are on Earth. You are truly an angle to so many. And will continue to be in Heaven. You will never be forgotten!

Dave and I first met Ardith in the late 1970's when he Dad was stationed at Ft Leavenworth on active duty. The Tinglers were antique Auto buffs and we quickly became great friends. Her parents were some of the nicest people we have ever known. Little did we know she and Mick would build a house in our neighborhood and their son Mickey and our son Robby would become best friends. Ardeth was the strongest, compassionate person I have ever known and we will miss her positive influence in our lives. Dave and Sue Ryan Leavenworth, Ks. We love you Mickey, Molly and families.

Ardeth, when working in one of my doctors' offices, would often give me a back massage. She was always so giving and compassionate. I thought of her more of a friend than a nurse. I remember sending her a note when she was ill and she wrote me back, which I didn't expect. She told me she could feel my prayers. I hope that is true. She truly was an angel.

We are so blessed to have known Ardeth all these years. She was a spectacular person and it showed through her patience and care of children (and the parents of)! I never saw her without a smile on her face, she could’ve been having the craziest of days but you would never know it. She took her time with each child—no matter what the circumstance—to answer every question and quell every fear. Here’s hoping her family realizes how special she was, even to the tiniest people. Ardeth, you will be missed.

Ardeth took care of my babies. They adored her. She had a picture my son colored when he was like 3 and she kept it on her door always. It was still there when we moved a year ago. My son was 11 at the time. She listened to the kids, she cared so deeply, there just are no words to explain how wonderful she was and how blessed we were to have her in our lives.

I am so sorry to hear this…. I will never forget when I came into the office when my 1st baby was almost a year old bc she had been running a fever all night… Ardeth gave her Tylenol and said she’d be right back… I came out seconds later to her bc my baby was having a seizure…. She swooped her up, held and rocked her till everything was ok…. Ever since that day whenever she saw us she would always make sure to swoop Bailey up give her a hug and asked how she was doing.. Bailey is 12 now ☺️.. She always made me feel comfortable asking them new mom questions and always spoke so highly of her family when I would ask how hers was doing….. I hope u know how much she was loved and will be truly missed

I went to Ardeth as a patient from newborn until I was 18 and became a parent myself. She took care of my son after he was born and I’ll never forget how excited she got when I told her I was pregnant with my daughter. Unfortunately she never got to meet my daughter. You could always tell she truly cared for each and every one of her patients even when we grew up and were no longer hers. My condolences go out to her family. She was truly a one of a kind person.

The world has lost a light and a champion for children. Ardeth was one of the most amazing people in the medical profession. She always took the time to visit with them and listen to what they had to say, their concerns and questions as they grew into young adults. She was always our "go to" any time one of the kids were sick, and often times they would ask to see her whenever possible. She always had time to stop and chat with me about what I was reading, and ask how my children were even after they were no longer "her kiddos"! My thoughts and prayers are with her family, and may you all know how truly amazing and loved Ardeth was by all of her patients and their parents!

Ardeth was the most loving, caring lady. She was my doctor when she was with Dr.Flanner and then my kids Doctor when she went in pediatrics with Hiedgen and Mills in Leavenworth. We simply adored her. She always went out of her way for us and loved to find how to save us money in any way with medicines, etc. She always would tell me, Don’t waste your money on that name brand store medicine , the generic is just as good honey! Always bubbly, humble and kind. We send our deepest condolences. RIP dear Ardeth.
