Blessed Are Those Who Snuggle & Hug, Spoil & Pamper, Boast & Brag…For They Shall Be Called “Mimmy”

Patricia Conlon passed peacefully on March 18, 2021 after a very brave fight.  She shared 66 years of love and devotion with her family.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 27th at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church, 15 Myers Ave., Denville. For those unable to attend Mass, it will be livestreamed here from St. Mary's website.  The link will be active a few minutes before 10 am on Saturday morning.  Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, March 26th from 4 pm – 8 pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Ave, Denville NJ 07834.

Patti was born in Bloomfield to the late Cyril and Verna Brennan. After her schooling, while working at a jeweler, she found herself the supervisor to a Robert Conlon. Bob, wanting to be her equal, asked her out, soon fell head over heels and later married Patti on June 9, 1979. They were crazy for each other and moved west to Lake Hiawatha and finally Rockaway Township in 1987.

Patti broke the mold.  She was an adoring wife, doting Mother and the world’s most loving “Mimmy” to her grandchildren.  The sun rose and set on her family and she loved just being with them.  She worked hard with her husband to give their family a beautiful life and loving home, although that part came easy.

She was the glue that held her family together. She was artisitic and crafty.  She loved history and digging deeper into her ancestry.  She enjoyed trips to the jersey shore and a cold glass of Pinot.. Above anything else, her pride and joy was her family.

Although we are deeply saddened by her passing, we are comforted in knowing we now have a guardian angel watching out for us from above. We are better people for having her in our lives and will cherish her memory always.

She leaves joyful memories to her husband Bob of 41 years; her children Bobby Conlon (Denise), Erin Priber (Daniel) and Steven Conlon (Jessica); her adored grandchildren Ryan and Taylor Priber, Eva Conlon and Henry and Maya Plevier; her sister in law Joan Brennan; her loyal canines Fenway, Taz and Jasper; and more dear relatives and friends.
