Jim was a great Christian friend and roomate at Drexel University. He was always positive and had a smile that impacted many throughout his life. Along with Monika, Doreen, Christopher and other family members, we will miss him, but certainly look forward to being reunited again in heaven. May the Lord bring comfort to all who are feeling the loss of this great saint.

What a beautiful service. Thank you Jim for all of your gentleness and kindness. It was a great joy to serve with you and Monica as an Altar Worker at Christ Church. You have such a beautiful family. You will be greatly missed.

I first met Jim at a dinner get together prior to Chris and Jenny’s wedding. He was smart, accomplished and very kind to everyone.

Sending our most sincere condolences to the Fuhrman family. Jim was a very gentile, kind, and sweet man. I know he was so proud of his family. His loving character will live on in all those, to whom he has touched.
With love,

My prayers are with you, and your family, Monika. Jim was an inspiration to me at Drexel back when my faith walk just began. He was easy going, and reminding me to simply trust and believe.

James is a cousin of mine on my Mother's side of the family. He was always kind, respectful and genuine. My last conversation with him was at my late Mother's funeral and he had such nice sweet memories to share with me about his Aunt Jane. I will always treasure that conversation. Wishing the Furhrman family blessings, peace and God's strength. Love you all, your cousin Susan

I have known Jim for over 30 years and worked with him at BASF for about 12 years. He was always friendly and quick to help with any problems I had with the job. He was very knowledgeable about his job and always earned praise from all that he worked with.

View from Jim and Monika’s deck and yard at Cedar Lake. I recall a number of family picnics held on the deck. I believe Jim really liked living at a lake. As kids our favorite times were annual week long tripS to a cabin at Promised Land Lake.

Jim was one of the kindest most gracious men I had ever met. His heart was centered on Jesus and it showed in so many ways. I am thankful he is no longer suffering and is now interceding for all of us.
