Wayne Farbanish, Denville
Beloved Son, Brother & Uncle
Wayne Stephen Farbanish passed peacefully on Friday, November 27, 2020. He was 48. Private services for his family will be held at his church, Saints Peter and Paul, 66 Beach St., Rockaway, NJ 07866. Interment to follow at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Randolph. Donations in his memory may be made to the good work of the church. Please share your memories here. His family will cherish them forever.
Wayne was born in Denville to Eugene and Barbara Farbanish and was one of three children to bless the family. He attended Denville schools graduating from Morris Knolls in 1991. From there, he went on to County College of Morris and then to Centenary College where he earned his BA in English. He enjoyed college and always had a passion for learning. He soaked up literature and Shakespeare whenever he could. He was an avid reader with books piled high in his room.
Wayne worked for Bon Venture for many years. The office was more than just a job though. It became a place filled with kind and caring individuals that Wayne was happy to know.
Wayne was an excellent baker. His double chocolate chips were epic and always in high demand. He loved going to the movies and seeing the latest action or Marvel film. He was passionate and compassionate and always fun and loving. He had a remarkable way of selecting and gifting the most unique and special gifts for his family...thoughtful, imaginative gifts! He never forgot a birthday or an anniversary. Not many can say this.
He loved animals and always had at least a few pets in the house. Above all, Wayne loved being an Uncle. He was the adored and fun loving Uncle to seven nieces and nephews. He loved to play games with them and hear about their latest accomplishments and trials. Uncle Wayne was their biggest fan.
Although we are saddened by his passing we take comfort in knowing he is at peace and enjoying the mansion prepared for him in Heaven.
He leaves his Mother and Father Barbara and Eugene Farbanish; his sister Lisa Perricane (Michael); brother Brian Farbanish (Cheryl); nieces Amanda, Lauren and Olivia Farbanish and Rachel Antieau; nephews William Woodard, Lyle Antieau and Connor Perricane and many dear Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
