Grace you were my Mom’s best friend (Sally Hanson) and I have so many memories of you two talking daily, for hours, drinking coffee and laughing together. You were always so kind to us when we were kids. Thank you for loving and supporting my Mom through everything. She loved you with all of her heart and you were there till the end. Loving you always, Stacy Hanson Fridley

Dear Granny, if I could I would thank you again for sharing some of your recipes with me. Some have become a main staple in our home making family meal traditions that will live on for generations. May God rest your soul. Amen.

I have many fond memories of Grace as a caring person with a generous heart who loved to help and support others. I loved her sense of humor and especially her wit. Her recipes for easy coconut custard pie and pink plop have been featured at my church's fellowship hour many times!! The small group of us who knew her always referred to her as "amazing Grace" - and she was!! My sincerest condolences to her family.

Our deepest and sincerest condolences from "Endicott" as Zi Zi Grace would always refer to us as; we have so many great memories to cherish especially from visits to Paterson, Saddle River, Ridgewood and Denville. Her genuine and sincere hospitality was second to none, and those fresh baked goodies, and oh that delicious cheesecake of hers. It was always so enjoyable to be in her company.
May she Rest In Peace and we all have another very special angel watching over us.
Palmisano's From Endicott ~

Granny you are and will be sorely missed. We have great memories of you with our family and yours, at the shore during the summer , eating lemon meringue pie off your lap when you accidentally dropped it in your lap and yelling at the dog when it stole the roast beef off the counter and had a great meal and we didn't. You were incredibly tough as a mom and never took any of our crap but were always there when we needed you. I wish you had stayed in New Jersey so that we could have spent more time with you during your golden years and gotten more of your recipes. I am glad that you are with your family once again and make sure that you keep looking over us from heaven above.
From your loving son
Jim

Jody my sympathy to you and your family. I have known Grace for over 15 years. She was one of the most caring, loyal and generous people I have ever met. She could also be fierce and quite verbal about things she did not agree with. She was also one of the most "alive' people I have met. Alas, I can not end this without talking about her baking and in particular her cheese cake, the best in the world.
Grace I hope in heaven you are in charge of the bakery center. Rest in peace, you will truly be missed.
