Farewell Rudy, Thank you for the many wonderful, happy memories we shared in our 45 year friendship. We feel blessed to have known you and for your being such an important and beneficial presence in our family's lives. We'll never forget the good times, your infectious laughter, your warmth, generosity of spirit and the wonderful husband, father and friend you were. You made the lives of those you touched just so much better. That was your special gift. Our entire family loved you Rudy. And even though you will be terribly missed by your family, our family and so many others, we know that you are now happily reunited with Kathy, Jean and your parents. Bev, Kim, Krissy, & Family, Our hearts are breaking for you & your entire family. We wish we could hug all of you right now and whisper our fondest memories of Rudy, your family, & the 40+ years of being blessed with your friendship. We will certainly miss the twinkle of Rudy’s eyes, his prankish humor, and the easy grin that always beckoned one to come sit down & talk for a while. His was one of the kindest, most generous spirits we have ever met and we are comforted in knowing that Karma continues to thrive in all of you. Most importantly, we will always remember the love he had for his family, how Kim, Krissy, & Kathy were the jewels of his world, and Bev was certainly his most obvious soulmate. There is a famous quote that claims people will not remember much of what you say, and little of what you do, BUT they will forever remember how you made them feel. So true! Rudy always made us feel good! That was his gift. Thank you, Rudy! Well played, and God speed. We love you. Please know that our thoughts & prayers are with you all. Kathy & Stephen Vaccacio PS. I will always cherish the memories we made with my mom, dad and brother when we visited Bev, Rudy and the girls at their beautiful Denville home. I got many tips from Rudy at the pool table, and when I was old enough, shared some of the finest gin and tonics ever made by Rudy. He will be forever in our hearts.
