I miss you Betty. It was always a pleasure to see you when you came around. I confided in you and I came to know your family like you did mine. You were all heart and soul. I love and miss you. I wish we had kept in touch. It was great talking to you six months ago

If you were lucky enough to know Betty, you knew Colleen. She loved her family most of all.
Betty could [and did] start a party ANYWHERE. She loved life and gave love to everyone she met. She was one of a kind--there will never be another like Betty!
Thanks for SO MANY memories.
I love you--see you on the big cruise ship in the sky.

Aunt Betty was our aunt for only a short while but, regardless of the amount of time, she welcomed all of us into her life as a part of her new family without a second thought. Even though we did not always see her, she was always in our thoughts as we know we were in hers. We are truly saddened by this loss and she will be deeply missed.
With love and prayers always...

My dearest Mother,
While my tears keep flowing, I read the wonderful messages that are left for you. You were indeed one of the most caring people I have ever known. The DAY before your passing, a custodian in the hospital came up to me and asked if I was your daughter. She said that you were so kind to her where most people ignore her existense. Remember the homeless man at Burger King? I had always known you were loved, but never by so many...
As hard as it is to loose you to all of us in the family, we were just being selfish to want to keep you here.
I will always have you in my heart and memories to bring a smile to my face.
With all of my love,
your daughter,
Colleen

When I think of Betty I mostly visualize her smiling, laughing and always helping! Colleen's mom was one of the first people I met when I entered the crazy Electronics business; she cared and helped me through the maturation process and I will always have a warm place in my heart for her. Betty truly illuminated our lives.
With Love,
David
