Joseph E. Stout
Loving husband, beloved father, adored grandfather.
Joseph E. Stout, 61, of Rockaway, NJ passed away peacefully on August 25, 2007
after a long and hard-fought battle with cancer.
He was a beloved spouse and father as well as an adored grandfather.
Joseph graduated from Cornell University with a masters in chemical engineering
in 1967 and worked in the tea industry for many years.
He was a private person who was at the same time gregarious
and loved by many friends and coworkers. He was also a man of the highest integrity,
a role model both in the workplace and at home.
He met the love of his life, Robbie Silverstein, in 1967,
married her after a whirlwind romance, and was happily married for nearly 40 years.
He will be sorely missed; the world is left a sadder place in his absence.
He is survived by his wife, Robbie, two sons, Jason and Matt, a daughter-in-law, Georgia,
and two grandsons Zachary and Samuel.
The family wishes to express appreciation for the compassionate support
of his coworkers at Finlay Tea Solutions.
